Mango Cream
Recipe Ingredients
Mango pulp 1 cup
Mango Pieces 1 cup
Fresh Cream ½ cup
Sugar powder 1 tbsp
Beaten cream to garnish
Recipe Method
Mix together, 1 cup mango pulp, ½ cup fresh cream and 1 tbsp sugar powder in a bowl and mix it. Separate some of the mango pieces and layer the remaining mango pieces in glasses. Add in mango cream on it. Pour over the beaten cream and garnish it with mango pieces. Serve chilled.
