Paneer Kheer
Recipe Ingredients
1. Fresh Milk1 liter
2. Grated cottage cheese2 packets
3. Boiled rice1 cup
4. Rice flour3 tbsp
5. Almonds10
6. Pistachio15
7. Small cardamom6
8. Sugar1 tbsp
9. Sugar2 cups
10.Khoyaas required
Recipe Method
1. Mash 1 cup boiled rice. Boil, peel and chop almonds and pistachio. Grind small cardamom with sugar. In a pan, take 1 liter milk, add in 2 cups sugar, cardamom powder, cottage cheese and rice. When all the ingredients are cooked, dissolve in 3 tbsp rice in some milk and add in it in the pan gradually. Cook it till the kheer thickens. Cool it and add in khoya. Garnish it with almonds and pistachio. Serve.
