Raisin Bread
Recipe Ingredients
Flour½ kg
Yeast20 gm
Butter20 gm
Sugar20 gm
Egg2
Salt10 gm
Raisin50 gm
Wateras required
Recipe Method
Soak 20 gm yeast and 20 gm sugar in warm water. Keep aside for a few minutes.
Add in 50 gm raisin, 2 beaten eggs and 10 gm salt. Mix well.
Now add ½ kg flour and knead to medium dough with water as required.
Grease a bread mold with a little oil, spread the prepared dough in greased bread mold, cover and keep in a warm place till doubled.
Lastly bake in a preheated oven on 250 degrees for 10 minutes.
Then decrease the temperature to 200 degrees and bake till bread is golden brown.
Remove from oven, cut into slices and serve.
