Spaghetti 180gr Garlic 2 cloves Extra virgin olive oil Hot chili Parsley Put the extra virgin olive oil in the pan, heat at medium temperature. Crush garlic gloves and add to the oil. Mince the parsley and chop the chili. Add the chili to the oil. Leave spaghetti a little undercooked (about one minute less than package indication) and continue cooking in oil for 2-3 minutes. Remove the garlic cloves. Add parsley in plate and serve.
