Achaari Mooli Ky Parathay
Recipe Ingredients
Flour 2 cups Wheat flour 1 cup Salt ½ tsp
Recipe Method
Mix altogether, knead with warm water, keep cover for half and hour and use accordingly.
Ingredients for filling
Mooli white 250 gm grated add ½ tsp salt leave it for half an hour, squeeze out all the moisture from the mooli very well, then add to it achari masala 2 tbsp, green chilies chopped 2, coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp, ginger finely chopped 1 tbsp, onion chopped 2 tbsp.

Make paratha as shown.
